Gazing Forever

September 2024 Doylestown, Pennsylvania

As I strolled through a familiar area of my hometown, I took an extra moment to observe a few sculptures beside the graveyard chapel of my local church, Our Lady of Czestochowa. These three have been staring off into space for many, many years, not even looking at one another or taking a sip from the glass one holds. All they see are the passers-by, and now my camera lens. Too bad they weren’t made to smile.
